We are committed to complying with CCPA data protection law and are making minor adjustments to our privacy policy accordingly.

This privacy document for California residents is an addendum to the privacy policy of Valasys FinTech and applies to all our website visitors and users who are residents of the state of California.

Search Histories: This dataset includes the search and browser histories of customers.
Electrical Data: This dataset includes details of customers derived from call recording software.

How Do We Collect & Process Information?

Your personal data is among our most valuable business assets. Having a deep understanding of our customers enables us to effectively address their needs and surpass their expectations. We ensure that our methods for collecting and processing personal information are lawful and compliant with CCPA norms.

We utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for collecting, organizing, mapping, preparing, analyzing, and activating personal data.

We collect data through the following steps:

  • Determining what information to collect, adhering to CCPA guidelines.
  • Tracking personal data up to 12 months old.
  • Storing and organizing personal data in CRM for further processing.
  • Analyzing data and implementing insights derived from data analysis.
  • Methods by which Customers can request to access, change, move, or delete their personal data

Customers can request access to, change, upgrade, move, or delete their personal data. Requests can be submitted via email to [email protected] or electronically through the website by filling out the “Don’t Sell My Personal Information Form.”

Valasys FinTech is committed to providing disclosures through email or electronically upon customer request.

Method for Verifying the identity of a person who submits a request

Valasys FinTech ensures the use of reasonable security procedures when verifying the identity of a person requesting access, upgrades, or deletion of their personal data. Additionally, we ensure that requests for “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” come from the customer.

The identity of the data subject is verified by matching the email address of the customer with the one from which the opt-in request was made.

We do not process requests regarding personal information unless the identity of the customer is authenticated. If identity authentication fails, we refuse to provide anonymous persons with control over personal information and may request additional information to validate identity.

Sales of users’ Personal Data & how Customers can opt-out of the selling of their Data

As per CCPA regulations, a “sale” of personal data includes exchanging data for money or similar valuable consideration. Valasys FinTech reserves the right to sell, rent, disseminate, transfer, or communicate customers’ personal information to third parties for monetary or commercial purposes, such as cross-context behavioral advertising.

Valasys FinTech ensures compliance with CCPA’s opt-out requirements.

Steps to Opt-out of the Processing of Personal Data

Step 1: Customers can submit a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” request by clicking on the corresponding link provided on the homepage of our website. Any California resident user can opt-out of selling their personal information using this link.

Step 2: Fill in the details in the form, including name and email address, to verify the opt-out request, and submit it.

Step 3: Alternatively, customers can also send an email to [email protected] to process their opt-out request.

Note: Opting out of data selling by Valasys FinTech is possible using both desktop and mobile devices.

Non-discriminatory Practices to Ensure Equal Treatment for the residents of California

In accordance with CCPA section 1798.120, Valasys FinTech does not discriminate against California resident customers who choose to exercise their rights under CCPA.

Valasys FinTech ensures customers’ rights to opt-out of collection or monetization of personal data whenever they wish to.

Valasys FinTech reserves the right to amend its privacy notice at any time at its discretion. We may also disclose individually identifiable information upon specific government requests or under sensitive circumstances to maintain legal compliance. We reserve the right to decide which third parties we share site information with.

Valasys FinTech is committed to informing users of their rights under CCPA and providing guidance on exercising those rights. Our Privacy Policy is CCPA-compliant, and we will update it as necessary to reflect any amendments in CCPA.
